I wont defend my religion....

Religion will defend itself. Religions are disciplines, more or less having similar aims, a stream-lined life, peaceful existence, getting one with god. I often see it as a specialization we do in various disciplines at undergratuation, grauduation and post-graduation levels, to basically be able to self-support ourselves and enjoy what we are doing. I havent seen anyone screaming blue murders at each other because s/he opted for a particular subject and somebody else opted for some other subject. There's tremendous latitude and acceptance and even recognition for each other's stream of work. What's so wrong with religions that make many people on this planet spend vital chunk of their energies in proving supremacy of their own disciplines that they know as religions? A point of view is that there's element faith in religion that's perhaps absent in professional streams, though personally i just dont believe, i know...that faith's there in professional streams as well, however concentration levels differ,n lets thank god for that. Faith has never been so blinding. I have faiths, some casual, some serious, some very personal, some not so personal, infact each one of us have their own way to work out ' required to prove' and 'hence proved' of life and nobody seems to bothering abt how we solve our life-equations. So the rock bottom-line is if none of us have problems with each other's professions, with each other's faiths( faith isnt copyright of religions)...is it the reverse power of a group in case of religion, that's delimiting ?...its a possibility. Some dominating less evolved members of a group channelise their assertiveness in something as irresponsible as indulgence in 'my religion is the best' game. Lets face it, that the only option available is to accept that religions have a shelf-life, n we all know that the individual's compatibility and adjustablity with changing face of their religions is a very-very personal affair. I mean, it would be ridiculous if u break into people's washrooms and give them pointers abt how they should keep themselves clean. We all know our hygine lessons well, if we dont...we'll lean them, easy or hard way.

You write like a really wisened learned mature individual. It's amazing to see how a not-even-30 person has so many evolved ideas. While I already-touched-30 am still grappling with the the trivial sensibilities of my life....
